The Shanghai Science and Technology Museum is one of the largest and most technologically advanced science museums in the area. With more than 98,000 square meters to explore in the building alone, it will take an entire day to see and do everything!
The museum is located in Pudong, which is officially known as Pudong New Area and is a district of Shanghai. It serves as an important tourist attraction, a venue for scientific exploration, and a place for the education of both school aged children and adults of all ages.

Visitors to the simulated laboratory can choose to test themselves on a variety of tasks. Explore the mysteries of the universe through the Space Navigation exhibit. Talk to virtual TV hosts through the use of voice identification technology, picture synthesis, and background imaging. Watch a robot play some of the most advanced piano compositions. The latest additions to the museum include 3-D and 4-D attractions and 12 new exhibits, all of which are open to the public.
The primary focus of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum revolves around one common theme: “Nature, Human, Science, and Technology.” This theme is realized through its variety of exhibits, opportunities for exploration, educational venues, and demonstration areas in areas such as the future, creation, wisdom, life, and the universe.
The fundamentals of science, scientific principles, and scientific achievements of all types are represented here through vivid, lifelike expressions. Each exhibit hall has a focused topic, while most of the individual exhibits has an interactive, educational, interesting game.
